Southern Writer's Journal is a bi-monthly magazine for writers of every genre. Each issue contains articles on writing - we encourage writers to send in how - to articles on every aspect of writing. You may subscribe for $25 per year (6 issues).

All articles must be 1000-2500 words

'My First Sale' pieces - 500 words or less

Poetry - no more that 25 lines - 5 poems per author

We offer our writers a credible byline and they may include a brief bio about their published credits. We do not offer payment for articles but we do offer a byline and honorable mentions to other editors. New writers welcome.
