LITERARY READING & BOOK SIGNING 

Larry Baker will be reading on Monday, January 26th, from 4:30 - 5:30 P.M. in the Auditorium at Florida SouthWestern State College, Charlotte Campus, 26300 Airport Rd., Punta Gorda.  The reading will be followed by a q&a session and book signing, then a reception in the lobby.  He is presented by the Florida Writer's Circuit, a division of the Florida Literary Arts Coalition.  The event is free and open to the public.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Although Larry Baker had been publishing short stories since he was a teenager, he was fifty before his first novel, "The Flamingo Rising" (1997), was published.  This novel was a Los Angeles Times Top 100 book for 1997 and was adapted for a Hallmark TV movie in 2001.  Other novels include "A Good Man" (2009), "Love and Other Delusions" (2012), and "The Education of Nancy Adams" (2014).
