Hello Authors,
I'm happy to report many of you have been asking about signing up for the 2015 Venice Book Fair on March 28 in Centennial Park in Venice.
Enclosed is the 2015 vendor application, as well as last year's tent layout and tent assignments. Please note if you or a friend is trying to print it from the website: www.venicebookfair.com, you will have to use the printer icon. For some reason, our website does not allow you to select file and print. You should be able to print the attachment with no problems.
You will note this year's price has remained the same for those whose applications are received by Feb. 28. Those received after that date will pay a higher fee.
Also new this year, if you would like to reserve the same tent you had last year, please mark that information in the right margin, including the tent number, and return your application no later than Jan. 26.
If you wish to change your location this year, please include that information, including the tent number you prefer (you may state several numbers to help us to better accommodate you) and return your application to be received by us, no later than Feb. 13.
If the author who had the tent you prefer last year has not signed up by Jan. 26, we can assign that tent to you. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes, but please note the holder of last year's tent has the first right to it this year.
We are looking forward to another successful book fair that has evolved into a nice little boutique fair, so appropriate for Venice, thanks to your participation. We look forward to seeing you again this year in March.
